Lynn, a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives joined the firm to lead the Residential Property team in 2008. Lynn brings with her a wide breadth of expertise gained at the high profile Midlands firm Freeth Cartwright. She has a wealth of experience in dealing with all aspects of residential property work for both freehold and leasehold properties. Lynn has also dealt with numerous high value property transactions during her career and adopts exceptionally high service standards.

Andrea is a Legal Executive in the Personal Injury Team. She undertakes all types of injury work but focuses mainly on representing employees who have had accidents in the workplace. Andrea handles personal injury cases which come into the firm's Swaffham office, in addition to a general King's Lynn and Norwich client base.

Chris Dewey

Chris Dewey

Chris is a solicitor, the firm's Managing Partner and a key member of the Personal Injury team. He is a Senior Litigator with the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers, a member of the Law Society's Personal Injury Panel, and specialises in representing Union members in the East Midlands who have been injured in industrial accidents. In a personal capacity he is a keen sportsman and holds the firm's best golf handicap.

Kim Faivelowitz

Kim Faivelowitz

Kim is a Legal Executive specialising in Dispute Resolution and Employment Law. She handles general civil litigation matters including contract disputes and landlord/tenant disputes. Kim advises on employment issues, including drafting and advising on employment contracts and she acts for employees and employers in Employment Tribunal claims. Kim also deals with agency work for other law firms and banks/building societies.

Anissa Hallworth

Anissa Hallworth

Anissa, a solicitor and head of the Civil Litigation department, specialises in Employment and Dispute Resolution matters. She acts for employers and employees in all aspects of employment law, from drafting or reviewing contracts through to representing them as an advocate in the Employment Tribunal. Anissa handles contractual business disputes, and also individual disputes on matters such as Wills and Trusts or Boundaries. On a personal level, Anissa is the Training Officer for the Local Law Society and a member of the Enterprising Women Group.

Neil John

Neil John

Neil, a solicitor, specialises in Claimant Personal Injury law. He is a co-founder of the BMF Biker Legal Line (BLL) and a member of the BLL Management Committee. Neil has a particular interest in injury claims involving motorcycles and has written numerous articles for MotorCycle Rider, and appeared in both Ride and Superbike Magazines as their resident legal expert.

Sarah Lunn is a trainee solicitor with Ward Gethin. Having undertaken the academic stage of training to become a solicitor before joining Ward Gethin in September 2009, Sarah is now in the final stage of vocational training with Ward Gethin before she becomes admitted as a solicitor in September 2011. During these final 2 years of vocational training, Sarah will be spending at least 6 months in each of Ward Gethin's specialist departments.

Susan Matthews

Susan, a solicitor, joined the firm's expanding Commercial Property team in October 2007. She brings with her a wide breadth of expertise gained at City firm Jones Day. The transactions in which she has been involved range from standard commercial landlord and tenant matters to assembling a site for a new football stadium through the purchase of land and buildings from more than 20 landowners. Her experience also includes the sale of large portfolios of properties. Susan is based in the King's Lynn office.

Richard, a solicitor since 1986 and partner at Ward Gethin since May 1991 where he is the Finance Partner. Richard now brings his over 20 years of litigation experience particularly of contentious financial issues to the areas of family law and professional negligence.

Richard is the supervising partner of the Civil Litigation and Employment Departments and carries out commercial and litigation work which has been carried out for regular clients for over 20 years.

He is a trained mediator, a Member of the Professional Negligence Lawyers Association and a member of Resolution (which is a group of lawyers committed to constructive resolution of family disputes).

In a personal capacity he is the Chair of YMCA Norfolk, a trustee of a number of local charities and a member of the Lawyers Christian Fellowship.

Marcus, a solicitor, joined the Private Client Team in December 2009 having previously worked in Cambridgeshire. He advises on the making of wills and the administration of estates after someone has died as well as the making and registering of Lasting Powers of Attorney and the appointment of Deputies, both to look after someone else’s affairs, through the Court of Protection.

Marcus is a Professional Member of Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE)

In his personal life he is a keen writer, performer and organiser in local amateur dramatics and a black belt in Shotokan Karate.

She is a member of Resolution (which is a group of lawyers committed to constructive resolution of family disputes)
