A healthcheck would include looking at your policies on holiday, maternity leave, monitoring of e-mails and internet use and other day to day issues. Alternatively we can give advice on specific issues such as disciplinary matters, redundancy, long term sickness absence, and so on, as they arise.

Anissa Hallworth
Anissa, a solicitor, specialises in Employment and Dispute Resolution matters. She acts for employers and employees in all aspects of employment law, from drafting or reviewing contracts through to representing them as an advocate in the Employment Tribunal. Anissa handles contractual business disputes, and also individual disputes on matters such as Wills and Trusts or Boundaries.
