Kim is a Legal Executive specialising in Dispute Resolution and Employment Law. She handles general civil litigation matters including contract disputes and landlord/tenant disputes. Anissa Hallworth
Anissa, a solicitor and head of the Civil Litigation department, specialises in Employment and Dispute Resolution matters. She acts for employers and employees in all aspects of employment law, from drafting or reviewing contracts through to representing them as an advocate in the Employment Tribunal. Anissa handles contractual business disputes, and also individual disputes on matters such as Wills and Trusts or Boundaries. On a personal level, Anissa is the Training Officer for the Local Law Society and a member of the Enterprising Women Group.

Richard Pennington
Richard, a solicitor since 1986 and partner at Ward Gethin since May 1991 where he is the Finance Partner. Richard now brings his over 20 years of litigation experience particularly of contentious financial issues to the areas of family law and professional negligence.
Richard is the supervising partner of the Civil Litigation and Employment Departments and carries out commercial and litigation work which has been carried out for regular clients for over 20 years.
He is a trained mediator, a Member of the Professional Negligence Lawyers Association and a member of Resolution (which is a group of lawyers committed to constructive resolution of family disputes).
In a personal capacity he is the Chair of YMCA Norfolk, a trustee of a number of local charities and a member of the Lawyers Christian Fellowship.
