Employment Law

Almost every business needs employment law advice at some stage. Many choose to take the 'prevention is better than cure' approach and put proper procedures and contracts in place as soon as they start to take on their first members of staff. Others choose to go it alone and only seek the advice of an employment lawyer when something goes wrong. Whichever category you fall into we can help, although we would emphasise that prevention is usually cheaper than cure.

Employment Law

We will be happy to agree a fixed fee for giving your business an 'employment law' health check or preparing your employment contracts. A healthcheck would include looking at your policies on holiday, maternity leave, monitoring of e-mails and internet use and other day to day issues. Alternatively we can give advice on specific issues such as disciplinary matters, redundancy, long term sickness absence, and so on, as they arise.
