We have a strong track record in assisting employees on a wide range of employment law issues. In particular we can assist you to:
- Negotiate appropriate terms for a compromise agreement or redundancy package
- Decide on the most appropriate course of action if you think you have been the subject of unfair or constructive dismissal, or sex, race, disability or age discrimination
To make a claim for unfair dismissal you have to have been employed continuously for one year. To be entitled to a redundancy payment this rises to two years. There are time limits on making these claims so if you think you might have been treated unfairly and have grounds for a claim, contact us immediately.
In some circumstances we can offer 'no win, no fee' arrangements for employee claims. We will discuss this with you at the initial interview, which for employees is free.
