Notary Services

You will need a Notary service if you wish to conduct foreign transactions, or buy and sell foreign property.

Notary Services

Most Legal and Commercial documents for use overseas will require validation by one of our notaries and in many cases further legalisation (Apostille) at the Foreign Office or Embassy of the destination country. We have an extensive database of legalisation requirements and can arrange this for you. We will also protest and note Bills of Exchange.

King's Lynn being a sea going port also requires Notarial services and ship protests are also undertaken. We are also the nearest Notaries for the ports of Wisbech and Sutton Bridge and will undertake protests for those ports.
