Home Visits
Please don't worry if you are unable, or would prefer not, to come to the office to see us. We will be pleased to make a home visit within the Norfolk or Cambridgeshire area to anyone who would like to discuss matters in their own home. Please ask if you would like this service when you make an appointment.
Diane Hewitt
Diane is a Chartered Legal Executive in the Private Client team. She advises on Wills, Probate, LPAs and Court of Protection work.
Diane is currently studying for the STEP diploma in Will preparation and drafting.

Cheryl Page
Cheryl is a Solicitor, Partner and head of the Private Client team. As well as managing the department, she advises on Wealth Management, Trusts, Probate, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Elderly Client and Court of Protection work. She is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE) and Association of Contentious Trusts and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS). She is also a Notary Public.
Cheryl is currently studying for the STEP diploma in Trusts Disputes.

Marcus Phillips
Marcus, a solicitor, joined the Private Client Team in December 2009 having previously worked in Cambridgeshire. He advises on the making of wills and the administration of estates after someone has died as well as the making and registering of Lasting Powers of Attorney and the appointment of Deputies, both to look after someone else’s affairs, through the Court of Protection.
Marcus is a Professional Member of Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE)
In his personal life he is a keen writer, performer and organiser in local amateur dramatics and a black belt in Shotokan Karate.
Marcus is currently studying for the STEP membership exchanges this coming academic year.
